How To Get Started

• Initial Communication

  We accept extermination requests over the phone, in our retail store or by completing the fillable Request Form on our website. During your initial conversation with one of our team members, we will collect as much detail as possible pertaining to your situation. Some questions we may ask are:

  • What kind of insect or rodent are you having an issue with?
  • How long have you had this issue?
  • Where inside or outside of your home/building have you seen evidence of this insect or rodent?
  • Have you used a chemical/product already, and if so, what was the result?

• Second Communication

  After your initial request is submitted, your file will be dispatched to one of our licenced Structural Exterminators. Depending on scheduling, you can typically expect to hear from someone within 1 to 2 business days. During your conversation with our exterminator, you may be asked a few follow up questions to gather any additional information he/she may need to properly treat your property. He/she will schedule a time to meet with you to inspect your home/building.

• Inspection

  Our inspection process varies depending on the type of insect or rodent. Our exterminator will arrive at your home in an unmarked vehicle, and will inspect the interior and/or exterior for any evidence of the insect or rodent. They will then confirm the type of insect or rodent, and provide you with a quote for the work to be completed. In some cases, the work can be completed during this first visit. For more severe infestations, like bed bugs and cockroaches, an additional visit may be required for the work to be completed.
